San Francisco | Düsseldorf | Berlin, March 31, 2025 - Cognigy, the global leader in AI-powered customer service solutions, has officially opened its new Berlin office in the iconic Kollhoff Tower at Potsdamer Platz. This marks another milestone in the company’s global expansion. To celebrate the new space, Cognigy partnered with Berlin-based artist Kai “Raws” Imhof to create a mural that reflects both the spirit of the city and the company's commitment to innovation.
Raws is an internationally recognized urban artist known for blending abstraction, digital themes, and bold composition. Starting as a graffiti writer in Berlin in 2004, he transitioned into contemporary art, exhibiting in cities like Miami, Paris, and Amsterdam and working with brands including Adidas, Marvel, and Cupra.
Speaking about the project, Raws said, "For this mural, I drew from my earlier work and leaned into a clean, technical, and futuristic aesthetic that aligns with Cognigy's identity and the possibilities of AI. It was exciting to collaborate with a tech company that values creative expression and supports the local art scene."
The artwork integrates Cognigy’s brand colors and design language, creating a visual centerpiece that bridges Berlin’s creative energy with Cognigy’s focus on cutting-edge AI for customer service.
"Bringing in a Berlin-based artist to shape the visual identity of our new space reflects how we think about growth. It's about local connection, cultural relevance, and long-term vision," said Alexandra Anders, Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Cognigy.
The Berlin office follows recent expansions in London and comes ahead of the opening of Cognigy’s new location in Dallas, Texas. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our new offices soon!
