Cognigy.AI v4.86 introduces multiple UX improvements to streamline project navigation and facilitate conversation traffic monitoring.

Enhanced Project Search Functionality

The newly introduced project search bar improves navigation within the platform by enabling users to locate and access Agent Projects by name or keyword quickly. This especially benefits organizations handling large-scale implementations with numerous projects, improving overall user productivity.

Rolling Date Range for Agent Dashboards

Cognigy.AI has augmented its Agent Conversation and Admin Center Dashboards with a dynamic rolling date range feature for conversation analytics. This functionality allows teams to define flexible timeframes (e.g., last 30 days, last 12 months) that automatically adjust as time progresses.

Unlike static month or year selections, this rolling range ensures continuous and up-to-date data visualization, facilitating more accurate trend analysis and historical monitoring of conversation traffic and billing. This improvement enables more informed decision-making based on evolving interaction patterns.

Other Improvements

Cognigy.AI

  • Adjusted the style of the Create Project button to make it smaller
  • Added a new feature flag FEATURE_ENABLE_COGNIGY_LIVE_AGENT_WHITELIST to enable Live Agent per organization, as it is no longer enabled by default for every environment.
  • Added optional system logging to the LLM Prompt Node, to also log errors to the system logs.

Cognigy Webchat

  • Updated the Webchat v3 widget to v3.5.0.
  • Updated Demo Webchat with the latest version of Webchat v3.5.0.
  • Introduced new classes for css-customization.
  • Renamed classes to be better understandable. This may lead to breaking style changes, please ensure to review your implementation.

    • webchat-chat-options-button is now webchat-chat-options-action-button
    • webchat-chat-options-button-container is now webchat-chat-options-action-button-container
  • Improved the AI Agent Notice by adding a toggle and customization option. Users can now enable or disable the notice and provide custom text in the Webchat Behavior section of the Webchat v3 Endpoint.
Cognigy Live Agent
  • Improved the robustness of conversation and agent assignment to prevent unwanted behavior, ensuring that chats are correctly assigned to agents when using filters for least conversations, skills, and languages.
  • Improved event handling by adjusting it to prevent private messages from being counted as outgoing messages to the end customer.
