Cognigy.AI v4.89 enhances the Admin Center by converging the Dashboard, Access Control, and Audit Events functionalities into a unified interface.
This UX improvement consolidates key management features for administrators, offering an even more streamlined and intuitive experience. Previously, these features were accessible individually under the User Menu.

Cognigy Live Agent
- Added a general agent-friendly serialization of xApps JSON objects. This improvement helps human agents using Cognigy Live Agent read xApps output in a simplified format instead of raw JSON. In the new format, the JSON syntax is replaced with nested bulleted lists, allowing agents who are unfamiliar with JSON notation to quickly understand the information.
